OUR PHILOSOPHY
we believe that empowering youth is the key to creating a better world. We are committed to putting young people in the driver's seat and supporting them to gain the skills and partnerships they need to create positive change in their communities and beyond
The founder of this organization had a vision to give his contribution to the youth and the whole society, especially in the following areas; education, agriculture, entrepreneurship, environmental care and sports. The founder also saw that young people have a lot of challenges, especially unemployment, staying in countryside without work ( kijiweni) , getting involved in drugs, smoking, young people not knowing the opportunities available in society and just sitting around complaining, daughters engaging in sex before their age and getting pregnant early. As a non-governmental organization, I thought it would be good for us to focus on educating young people in the areas of education, morals and young people's self-awareness and seeing the opportunities that exist in those around them. Our government of the united republic of Tanzania is doing a lot of work to empower its citizens and the youth economically, but the government will not be able to do everything.Ask yourself what you have done for your government?Thank you very much, we want to build a responsible society and not blame the government.
