Budding fruit trees

Mr. Daudi, popularly known as “Jembe” from Lihangano Street and a specialist in fruit budding, was invited on Saturday, 7th February 2026 to train young people on fruit budding techniques. He provided both theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations. In the photo, he is seen guiding participants through hands-on practice.

The Director of Lugarawa Youth Foundation also took part in the training and successfully practiced budding on avocado and mango trees. We sincerely thank Mr. Daudi for his voluntary contribution and dedication to sharing his knowledge with the youth.
